For their internal needs, we are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join their мarketing division. In this role, you will be at the heart of the product lifecycle - not just adapting global campaigns, but actively participating in the creation of products from scratch, from the initial "kitchen" concept to the final shelf placement.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

• Support the end-to-end development of new products, including concept creation, packaging design, and market positioning.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior using data from tools like Nielsen and GfK to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to ensure technical feasibility matches the marketing vision.
• Participate in the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Monitor brand performance and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in managing the product portfolio to ensure brand consistency and profitability across international markets.

Desired skills and experience:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Initial experience in Marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector (internships or 1-2 years of junior experience).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
• High level of technological literacy, with an interest in or experience using AI tools for marketing efficiency.
• Proactive, "owner" mentality with a passion for building brands from the ground up.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
