The Regional Sales Manager position is dedicated to Traditional Trade, with responsibility for developing sales performance, managing field sales activities, and ensuring excellent execution across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Managing a team of sales representatives;
- Regular visits to retail outlets within the assigned region;
- Monitoring the effective utilization and operation of refrigeration equipment in the area;
- Tracking market and industry trends;
- Working with CRM (Salesforce) and preparing sales performance reports.

- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG sector;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
- Experience in preparing analyses and advanced proficiency in MS Excel;
- Initiative in problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and excellent market awareness;
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
