Key Responsibilities: Represent deugro Internally and Externally To ensure Legal, compliance and commercial responsibility for all deugro's businesses conducted in the assigned Countries and in line with all South African statatutory Laws and Regulations, Ensure that deugro's guidelines are implemented and followed Do all Training that is released internally
Evaluate and setup Subcontract Management strategy for the Region focusing to start on South Africa Liaise with all Subcontractors correctly, efficiently, timeously for all Shipments being handled Negotiate rates with all Subcontractors including keeping accurate records of all negotiations done Do all Global Subcontract Management vetting as required
Setup Standard Operating Procedures for all Subcontractors Conduct Subcontract Management Reviews with input from colleagues Manage all Global Tenders for the Region as the main contact person Submit all Pricing and documentation required for all Global and Local Tenders to aid and support the growth of South Africa and Africa
