We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile) to lead high-performing engineering teams across iOS, Android, and Backend. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in mobile application development along with solid backend experience, enabling scalable, secure, and high-performance products.

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering teams across iOS, Android, and Backend.
Drive architecture, technical strategy, and product delivery.
Build scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile platforms.
Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams.
Ensure high-quality code, performance, and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

12-16 years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Mobile Development (iOS & Android).
Solid Backend Engineering experience (Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, or similar).
Experience with system design, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a product-based environment.
