  • Nem-dedikált Service Delivery Manager ügyféltámogatás
  • Reaktív ügyfélkommunikáció: megkeresések közös mailbox-on, illetve hotline-on keresztül
  • Standardizált non-komplex telekommunikációs és IT ügyfélszerződések operatív menedzsmentje az ITIL-Service-Delivery folyamatok mentén
  • Feldolgozott feladatokhoz kapcsoló dokumentáció készítése
  • Ügyfél ajánlatkérések kiértékelése a szerződések alapján és ehhez köthető sales folyamat kezelése
  • Szerződésekben meghatározott számlázás ellenőrzése
  • Ügyféleszkalációk kezelése és feldolgozása
  • Együttműködés belső területekkel és külső szolgáltató partnerekkel
  • Német (virtuális) munkakörnyezetben való munkavégzés
  • Aktív (vagy 25 év alatt passzív) nappali tagozatos hallgatói jogviszony még legalább 1 évig
  • Legalább heti 20 óra munkavállalás
  • Német (B2) és angol (B2) nyelvtudás
  • Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség
  • Csapatmunkára való képesség
  • Logikus gondolkodásmód
