  • Napi adminisztrációs feladatok támogatása a HR Services csapat részeként: riportok készítése, irattározás, munkavállalói dokumentumok gyűjtése, regisztrációja - elektronikus és papír alapon
  • Szerződésekre és igazolásokra a jogosultak aláírásának megszerzése, ezen dokumentumok nyomonkövetése
  • A budapesti HR Services nyitvatartáskor aktív részvétel az iratok átadás-átvételében, segítségnyújtásban
  • Kapcsolattartás személyesen és e-mailben, elektronikus úton a munkavállalókkal és kollégákkal, panaszkezelés
  • Munkáltatói igazolások készítése
  • Archiválási feladatok teljeskörű ellátása
  • Munkaköri leírások előállítása és kiadása
  • Jegyzőkönyvvezetés, dokumentum kezelések és postázások
  • Orvosi alkalmassági vizsgálatok rögzítése
  • Betanulás függvényében egyre magasabb szintű feladatok ellátása: pl. külső partnerekkel való megbeszéléseken részvétel, fizikai beléptetések, új belépők rögzítése
  • Folyamatban lévő HR szakirányú, felsőfokú tanulmányok még legalább 1 évig - nappali tagozatos aktív-, vagy 25 év alatti passzív hallgatói jogviszony
  • Középfokú angol nyelvtudás
  • Legalább heti 25 óra munkavégzés
  • MS Office programcsomag ismerete
  • Proaktivitás, önálló munkavégzés
  • Irodai munkavégzés hétfőnként és csütörtökönként
