Role Overview :
As an AI/ML Engineer + Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between raw data infrastructure and intelligent model deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and cloud architects, to design end-to-end pipelines that feed high-quality data into sophisticated machine learning models. Your work will directly influence how our clients harness predictive analytics and agentic AI to solve real-world business challenges, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark and SQL to ensure seamless data flow from source systems to Snowflake DB.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and agentic AI workflows to automate complex decision-making processes for our clients.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance the performance and accuracy of Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring, to ensure high availability and performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data solutions align with long-term organizational goals.
- Implement robust data governance and security practices within Azure cloud environments to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Tech Stack & Requirements :
- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming for both data engineering tasks and the development of machine learning algorithms.
- Proven ability to build and manage large-scale data warehouses using Snowflake DB and perform complex data transformations with PySpark.
- Hands-on experience in MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning, to streamline the transition from experimentation to production.
- Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, with the ability to architect and deploy cloud-native data and AI solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and prompt engineering techniques to build intelligent, autonomous systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional experience in data engineering or machine learning roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering production-grade systems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and data structures.
