Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive digital experiences that bridge the gap between complex business requirements and user needs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to translate concepts into high-fidelity prototypes and polished interfaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design end-to-end user journeys and wireframes to streamline navigation and improve overall product usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain visual consistency.
- Conduct iterative usability testing and gather user feedback to refine design solutions.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and facilitate smoother handoffs.
- Maintain and scale our design system to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.
Required Skillset :
- Mastery in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong command of UX principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Pune, balancing independent deep-work with team collaboration.
- Portfolio highlighting a logical design process, reflecting 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience in the digital product space.
