Social Media & Content Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead Devsinc’s social media planning, content, and performance. The role will primarily own LinkedIn and Twitter, translating our B2B, technology, services, solutions, and thought leadership into engaging social content. The role will also oversee Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, while serving as the Marketing stakeholder for Employer Branding execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own LinkedIn and X strategy, content calendars, and execution.

-Oversee social media planning and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

-Translate B2B, technology, services, solutions, and business stories into engaging social content.

-Lead social media execution for Employer Branding, working with HR/People and creative teams.

-Research trends, competitors, industry conversations, and high-performing content to inform the content strategy.

-Guide and supervise the social media/content execution team.

-Collaborate with content, creative, HR, and business teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.

-Track social media analytics and KPIs and use insights to improve content performance and engagement.

-Stay current on platform trends, formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.

Requirements

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.

Required Skills

-5-6 years of experience in social media, preferably within a B2B, technology, or consulting services.

-Strong strategic sense and content judgment with the ability to position B2B and Employer Branding content effectively.

-Proven experience managing LinkedIn and X, with strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

-Strong copywriting, storytelling, content planning, and trend research skills.

-Ability to simplify complex business and technology topics into engaging social content.

-Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.

-Experience supervising or coordinating content/social teams is a plus.

-Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.

-Self-driven, Strategic, proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership.
