About the Role:
- One year of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
- The role requires full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week. This position does not require any remote or hybrid work.
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel, Google slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other applications
- Prior experience working with third-party providers
- Expertise in data configuration and record keeping

- Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
- Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
- Must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
- The role requires the application of innovative techniques to enhance the employee experience while reducing costs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
- Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
