岗位职责

  • 负责机器人系统核心软件平台的设计、开发与优化，聚焦中间件、资源调度，构建高效、可靠、可扩展的机器人系统基础。
  • 负责基于ROS 2/CyberRT等框架的中间件定制、性能优化与高可用性设计。
  • 负责系统级CPU/GPU/内存/存储/I/O等资源的全局调度、性能剖析与优化，保障关键任务实时性。
  • 主导系统集成、镜像构建、自动化部署及性能测试，确保产品达到设计指标。
  • 分析并解决系统级复杂问题，为产品提供深度技术支持。

任职要求

  • 计算机、自动化等相关专业，3年以上Linux系统开发经验。
  • 精通ROS 2/CyberRT等至少一种机器人中间件，有定制或优化经验。
  • 深入理解Linux内核机制，熟练使用性能调优工具。
  • 熟悉EtherCAT/CAN等总线协议，精通C/C++。
  • 具备机器人、自动驾驶等领域系统开发经验。
  • 熟悉Docker/Kubernetes等容器化技术。
