Tech stack of Dexforce

岗位职责：

1、V-SLAM 算法研发与落地，研发基于单目/双目/鱼眼/RGB-D 相机的 V-SLAM 算法，实现鲁棒的视觉里程计（VO）、局部地图构建、闭环检测与全局优化，支持室内/室外/弱纹理/快速旋转等挑战场景，融合 IMU 预积分、轮速计、GPS/RTK 等多源传感器，构建紧耦合 VIO/VINS 系统

2、优化特征提取与匹配策略，适应低重叠率、大视角变化的第一人称图像序列，设计面向穿戴式设备的轻量化 SLAM 系统，在 Jetson Orin NX / RK3588 等边缘平台上达到实时运行

3、数采产品算法适配，设计离线/在线 SLAM 数据处理管线，开发时间戳校准与空间标定工具，提供数据质量评估指标：轨迹精度（ATE/RPE）、尺度一致性、退化检测，指导数采流程优化

4、评测与工程化，建立 SLAM 算法评测基准，将算法封装为标准 C++ API / ROS 2 Node，输出位姿轨迹、稀疏/稠密地图、关键帧索引，参与产品级集成：与数采 SDK 对接、实时可视化、离线回放分析工具

任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉、机器人学、自动化、测绘遥感等相关专业

2、3 年以上 V-SLAM / VIO / Visual Odometry 算法研发经验

3、精通 C++，熟练使用 Eigen、OpenCV、Sophus、Pangolin 等库

4、熟悉至少一种主流 SLAM 框架源码：ORB-SLAM3 / VINS-Mono / VINS-Fusion / DSO / SVO / Kimera

5、有 IMU 预积分、状态估计（EKF / ESKF / MSCKF）的实际实现经验

6、熟悉 ROS / ROS 2，能独立搭建 SLAM 实验与数据采集环境

加分项：

1、有 Ego-Centric / 第一人称视觉 SLAM 研究或项目经验（如头戴式 AR/VR 定位、手持扫描仪）

2、有 UMI 类数采设备 / 数据记录仪 / 黑匣子产品的算法适配经验
