The Team
Although our development team is based mainly in Bulgaria with team members in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, and Ruse, we are a fully remote company, giving everyone the flexibility to work where they are most comfortable and productive.
Process is important to us: we rely on Kanban boards and efficient daily stand-ups (max 10 minutes) to keep things running smoothly. Our product owners offer well-defined specifications so you can do your best work. We prioritize high-quality code and good practices, and management supports a pragmatic level of attention to technical debt.
What You'll Do
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Design and implement features that are robust, scalable, and secure
Develop across the full stack using RubyOnRails, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle
Follow best practices: TDD, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and coding standards
Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies
