工作职责
1、负责车载场景下的计算机视觉、大语言模型及多模态模型的训练、微调与调优;
2、负责深度学习模型在车规级芯片（如高通、华为等平台）上的移植与工程化落地; 利用量化、剪枝、蒸馏及算子优化技术，解决推理延迟、内存占用及功耗瓶颈。
3、深入挖掘车端芯片（CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP）的异构算力潜力，设计高效的并行计算策略; 搭建自动化的模型转换与部署工具链。
4、持续跟踪工业界与学术界最新的 AI 技术动态，结合业务需求进行算法预研，确保技术方案的先进性与落地性。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、人工智能或自动化相关专业; 3年以上深度学习算法研发、模型部署或高性能计算相关经验。
2、精通 Python 和 C/C++，编程功底扎实; 熟练掌握 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 等主流训练框架; 熟悉主流端侧推理框架及模型压缩技术。
3、在计算机视觉或 NLP 领域有实际落地项目经验; 深入理解 ARM/NPU 等嵌入式芯片架构特性者优先。
4、具备优秀的工程思维，对技术难题有极强的攻坚能力。
