Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with the leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives across business, product, customer experience, and operations. This is a high-ownership, problem-solving role that involves working on business-critical projects, analyzing data and customer behavior, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives from insight to execution. The role will require the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, structure them effectively, develop data-backed recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of business analytics, strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the CEO’s Office and leadership team on strategic and high-priority business initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Solve complex and ambiguous business problems using a combination of data, structured thinking, and business understanding.
• Build business cases, conduct deep-dive analyses, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Track key business KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention.
• Work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks for leadership reviews.
• Drive projects end-to-end - from problem identification and analysis to recommendation, execution, and tracking outcomes.
• Support leadership with quick-turnaround analysis, market research, competitive benchmarking, and ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Establish frameworks and processes that improve decision-making and business visibility.
• Prepare presentations on key business updates and initiatives and present them to the Board during Board Meetings.

Expected Skills:

• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or Founder’s Office roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, customer funnels, conversion, growth, and performance analysis.
• Ability to independently break down ambiguous problems and arrive at practical, data-backed solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, trading, or consumer technology will be an advantage.
