Business Development Manager - Partnerships & Integrations

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the broking ecosystem deeply and can lead end-to-end broker partnerships - from first conversation to commercial closure to technical integration go-live. You will be the primary owner of relationships with broking partners, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating the integration of Stratzy's software into their platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new broking partners for Stratzy's algo marketplace integration
• Lead commercial negotiations - revenue share, pricing structures, SLAs, and partnership agreements
• Drive the entire deal lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, commercial structuring, contracting, and handover to integration/tech teams
• Work closely with Stratzy's tech and compliance teams to scope integration requirements with each broker (API access, data-sharing terms, order-routing arrangements, compliance sign-offs)
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with broker leadership (business heads, product heads, compliance heads)
• Track and manage a pipeline of prospective broker partners; report on deal status, commercials, and integration timelines
• Stay current on SEBI/NSE/BSE regulatory requirements relevant to broker-algo vendor arrangements
• Represent Stratzy at industry events, broker meets, and fintech forums

Expected Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in the broking/fintech industry, with direct exposure to broker partnerships, API integrations, or platform tie-ups
• Strong understanding of the broking business model - revenue streams, regulatory framework (SEBI, NSE, BSE), and how broker tech stacks operate
• Proven track record of closing commercial deals and negotiating partnership terms
• Comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholders - able to translate commercial requirements into integration scope
• Existing network within the broking industry (business/product/compliance leadership at broking firms) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter who can own outcomes with minimal oversight
