Role Summary:

As a Front Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and guests about the organisation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the reception and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, being the first point of contact for employees, guests and visitors entering the office.
Expected Responsibilities:
- To warmly greet and welcome at reception in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist the administration in resolving guest instances by demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor.
- Manage room and conference booking requests.
- Perform office duties related to ordering supplies, managing records and handling stock management
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- To provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, stock and supplies management, making travel arrangements and assisting HR and admin teams.
Expected Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
- 2-5 years proven experience as a receptionist, guest relations and administration.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft office and telephone systems.
- Good communication with warm and professional tone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
