As part of the Partner Operations / Onboarding Team, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding and registration process for Authorised Persons (APs). The role involves document verification, KYC checks, IPV coordination, agreement execution, exchange submissions, regulatory follow-ups and AP record management. You will work closely with APs, Relationship Managers (RMs), internal teams and Stock Exchanges to ensure registrations are completed accurately and within defined timelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable managing multiple applications and follow-ups in a regulated financial services environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and registration process for Individual and Non-Individual APs, from document collection to registration and activation.
• Verify KYC, registration and supporting documents as per applicable Stock Exchange and regulatory requirements, identify gaps and coordinate with APs/RMs for closure.
• Coordinate In-Person Verification (IPV) and prepare the required AP registration agreements and supporting legal documentation.
• Manage agreement execution and e-signing through Leegality/e-Sign platforms and ensure all documents are completed within defined timelines.
• Submit AP registration applications, signed agreements and supporting documents on relevant Stock Exchange portals, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission.
• Coordinate with Stock Exchanges on registration queries, observations and additional documentation requirements, and ensure timely responses and closure.
• Manage AP modifications and cancellations, including documentation, e-signing, exchange submissions and necessary system updates.
• Act as a point of contact for APs and RMs, providing registration status updates, clarifying requirements and following up on pending documentation.
• Maintain accurate AP records and update registration details across back-office systems and internal trackers.
• Track applications across stages such as In Process, Pending, Submitted, Approved, Modified and Cancelled, and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and reports to provide visibility on AP onboarding, pending cases, approvals and other operational metrics.
• Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues and ensure a smooth and timely partner onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Com or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 1-3 years of experience in KYC onboarding, client onboarding or operations, preferably in the broking or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of KYC, documentation and onboarding processes.
• Basic understanding of regulatory and Stock Exchange requirements related to AP registration will be an added advantage.
• Experience handling documentation, application processing, e-signing and follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with APs, RMs, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and back-office systems.
• Comfortable working with online portals and digital documentation/e-sign platforms.
• Strong ownership, follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated financial services environment.
