Optimizar y automatizar procesos del área comercial. Brindar soporte y entrenamiento en herramientas y procesos comerciales. Apoyar el cálculo de incentivos y seguimiento de métricas. Trabajar de la mano con equipos comerciales locales y regionales. ¿Qué buscamos? Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Sistemas de Información o carreras afines. 1 a 2 años de experiencia en administración comercial, soporte de ventas o análisis de información. Manejo avanzado de Excel. Experiencia en Power BI, SQL y análisis de datos. Habilidades analíticas, orientación al detalle y pensamiento estratégico.
