We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to prepare quality meals, maintain high food standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• The successful candidate will manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene, control food costs, and deliver timely service. Applicants must be passionate about cooking, organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to menu standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Monitor food stock, portioning, and waste.
• Ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Good cooking skills and knowledge of food hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Creativity, reliability, and teamwork.
