About the Role

• Avocado Virtual Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for a competent, experienced, and professional Male Chef. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing a variety of local and intercontinental dishes, maintain high standards of hygiene, and demonstrate creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of local and intercontinental dishes.
• Plan menus and recommend meals based on preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preservation.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and ensure ingredients are available when needed.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
• Manage kitchen equipment and maintain an organized cooking environment.

Requirements

• Must be male and between 30–40 years old.
• Must possess a university degree or HND.
• Must have proven experience as a professional chef.
• Must be proficient in preparing both local and intercontinental dishes.
• Must be neat, smart, presentable, and well-organized.
• Must demonstrate good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be creative, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Must demonstrate excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Salary & Benefits

• ₦150,000 monthly during the two-month probation period.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Upon successful completion of probation, salary will increase to ₦250,000–₦300,000 monthly, based on performance and competence.
