We are looking for a highly motivated Configuration manager to lead and govern Configuration management activities for the COSMOS Project. The Configuration Manager is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving Configuration Management (CM) practices across products, projects, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The role ensures the integrity, traceability, reproducibility, and auditability of all configuration items throughout the software development and release lifecycle.
The Configuration Manager establishes CM strategies, manages baselines, controls configuration changes, ensures compliance with organizational and Automotive SPICE requirements, and works closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Release Engineering, Architecture, and Quality teams to maintain consistent and controlled delivery processes. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end traceability from change requests through releases and supporting compliance, audit readiness, and long-term product maintenance.
