Role Responsibilities

岗位职责 1. 负责中资车队、资本的拉美本地化落地和孵化，统筹管理公司注册、财法税对接及公司架构搭建等事宜; 2. 承担跨语言协调职能，弥合中国经营者与本地伙伴、司机之间的沟通与信任成本; 3. 统筹平台资源，推动补贴、司机配额、流量分发、广告权限等落地执行; 4. 主导推动车队运营能力建设，覆盖司机招募、激励机制、EV 及专车品类运营等核心环节; 5. 协同保险、维修、充电等本地生态资源，支撑电动车车队的全生命周期成本优化; 6. 主导搭建车队业务拉美出海孵化playbook，分析目标市场用户需求，提供本地化改进建议。

Role Qualifications

学历：本科及以上，专业不限; 经验：3-5 年运营、项目管理、商务拓展或一线业务经验; 拥有网约车、车队运营、跨境贸易或新能源产业经验者优先; 语言能力：中文与西班牙语能力者优先，需外派拉美（墨西哥），具备独立本地作业能力; 综合素养：较强的学习能力、主观能动性与多任务承载能力，能适应高频海外派驻与不确定性环境; 出色的跨文化沟通能力、谈判技巧和强大的项目管理能力; 人际特质：具备客户视角，耐心细致，务实周全，擅长在异地环境中建立并维护长期信任关系。
