岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 深入理解滴滴出行的业务模式、流程和系统架构，治理人车身份不一致风险，和产品技术、业务运营高效沟通，设计合理的安全策略架构;

2. 独立思考业务场景可能存在的漏洞风险，设计合理的数据埋点体系，通过大数据分析，定量识别潜在的风险和业务影响;

3. 与数据工程团队配合，独立建设并且在对抗过程中不断完善监控体系，形成可视化的监控系统快速发现风险。

4. 与相关团队紧密配合，通过大数据挖掘，定位作弊者的行为特点，快速形成有效的打击方案，并且通过长期运营持续优化达成安全结果;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或数学等相关专业;

2. 3年及以上的风控策略工作经验，对业务和数据敏感;

3. 熟练使用SQL，能对海量数据进行高效分析;

4. 有使用规则/策略配置平台的经验;

5. 能快速发现问题和解决问题，思维开阔，有自驱力，能主动思考和学习，能接受挑战和承压能力强。
