岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责业务策略的全面风险评估工作，识别并量化潜在风险，提供专业的风险分析结论;

2. 针对重大业务落地项目，协助团队设计并实施风险降解方案;

3. 制定并优化风险评估的业务规则、标准，推动相关产品的运营与迭代;

4. 协调跨部门合作，确保风险评估工作的顺利开展和有效执行

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，运营相关专业背景;

2. 1-3年安全运营经验;

3. 对安全工作有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的抗压能力;

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;

5. 能够适应外勤工作需求，具备党建工作经验;

6. 持有相关专业证书或具备特殊技能者优先考虑
