岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 基于业务目标及商业模式，梳理指标定义与统计口径，推动分析数据建设，搭建指标体系和监控诊断框架。

2. 独立开展专题分析，定位业务问题、挖掘增长与效率提升机会，形成可执行的建议并跟进落地效果。

3. 参与产品及运营策略的实验设计与效果评估，通过科学的量化分析支持业务决策。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、经济等相关专业优先，有互联网数据分析、商业分析或经营分析经验。

2. 熟练使用 SQL、Excel，掌握 Python/R 等分析工具，具备统计学基础和常用分析方法，了解 A/B 实验设计与评估。

3. 具备商业敏感度、逻辑分析能力和业务好奇心，能独立拆解问题并形成有依据的判断。

4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能清晰表达分析结论并推动业务行动; 善于使用 AI 工具提升分析效率。
