岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. AI产品专项分析 针对AI相关产品功能（如推荐系统、智能交互等），评估模型效果、分析用户反馈，提出迭代建议并推动落地
2. 负责大模型及AI产品的评测体系建设，制定覆盖准确性、可靠性、安全性、用户体验等维度的评测标准
3. 深度用户洞察 基于用户行为数据（埋点、日志等）进行用户分群、画像构建及行为路径分析，挖掘用户需求与痛点，驱动产品优化决策
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 3-5年互联网或数据驱动型行业的数据分析经验
2. 精通SQL，掌握Python/R进行数据清洗、统计分析及可视化;
3. 擅长从复杂数据中提炼业务洞察，能通过用户行为分析、漏斗分析等方法定位问题。
4. 对AI感兴趣, 有使用Claude、Codex等产品的经历.
