岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.熟悉信贷/获客相关的金融业务，深入理解业务的策略打法，结合内外部数据，为业务决策提供市场和竞争视角;
2.定位业务中的问题点，优化对应的产品策略、定价策略、渠道策略;
3.针对业务的各类运营活动，设计相关的实验对比机制、效果评估方案，并输出完整的分析报告;
4.基于经营分析体系，配套推动数据底层的建设，包括明确字段定义、数据清洗、用户标签开发、数据产品化等。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 全日制本科以上学历，5年以上数据分析/金融业务相关工作经验;
2. 有信用卡/信贷、获客想关背景和项目经验者优先;
3. 具备优秀的量化分析能力，能熟练使用AI coding，独立完成数据清洗，加工，分析以及可视化呈现工作;
4. 工作认真负责，对数据敏感、有出色的逻辑思维、关注细节;
5. 英文可作为工作语言，听说读写熟练。
