Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our core product team and take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, execution, and growth. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, AI/ML, and business teams to identify high-impact problems and build products from 01 This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys working in ambiguity, has a strong product + technical mindset, and is excited about building AI-powered B2B SaaS products.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Strategy and Ownership:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for key product areas.
• Work closely with the founders to translate company vision and business objectives into product strategy.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Take end-to-end ownership of products/features from discovery to launch and post-launch optimisation.

01 Product Development:

• Lead product development for new products and capabilities from ideation to production.
• Conduct customer discovery, identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and convert insights into product opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, PRDs, success metrics, and launch plans.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make decisions with limited information.

AI / GenAI Product:

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to solve customer and business problems.
• Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate product requirements into scalable AI-powered experiences.
• Understand AI capabilities, limitations, evaluation, reliability, and user experience considerations.
• Drive experimentation and iteration to improve AI-powered product outcomes.

B2B SaaS and Customer Focus:

• Develop a deep understanding of B2B customers, workflows, use cases, and business problems.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product direction.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and time-to-market.
• Build products that demonstrate measurable customer and business impact.

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Data and Product Analytics:

• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions.
• Analyse product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Develop a strong understanding of business metrics and product economics.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, SaaS, or technology-led products.
• Experience owning products/features end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through execution and launch.
• Strong experience working on 01 product development or new product initiatives.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent product sense and ability to identify and prioritise high-impact problems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer workflows, and product metrics.

Good to Have:

• Experience building or managing AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, or AI-powered products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience working at a high-growth startup or as an early product hire.
• Experience launching products from 01 in ambiguous environments.
• Technical background or strong understanding of APIs, data, AI/ML systems, and software architecture.
• Experience with AI agents, copilots, automation, workflow products, or AI-first applications.
• Experience working with global B2B customers.
• IIT / IIM or equivalent top-tier academic background preferred.
