Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive sales through phone-based outreach, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should be a persuasive communicator with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Promote financial advisory and related services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
• Provide accurate information about services and address customer queries.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
• Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Telesales.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any one of Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
• Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable handling customer calls.
• Prior experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Investment industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and call-tracking systems.
• Graduate degree required; candidates from Commerce, Business, or related fields are preferred.
