Digital Asset is an enterprise blockchain company founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York. It created the Daml smart contract language and the Canton privacy-enabled network used by banks and exchanges for tokenised assets. The firm has worked on major market infrastructure projects including clearing and settlement modernisation.

About Digital Asset & the Canton Network

Digital Asset builds the technologies that are reshaping the foundations of financial markets. Our mission is to create the world’s most trusted, privacy-enabled, and interoperable digital infrastructure for global finance.

At the heart of this mission is the Canton Network - the blockchain purpose-built for institutional finance. Uniquely combining privacy, compliance, and scalability, Canton enables real-time, secure settlement across multiple asset classes. Governed by the Canton Foundation with participation from leading financial institutions, it is the proven link between the promise of blockchain and the power of global finance.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York City, with offices in London, Zurich, Budapest, Hong Kong, and Sydney- we are on a mission to transform finance- and that transformation is now playing out rapidly on the Canton Network.

If you’re interested in playing a crucial role at the intersection of traditional and crypto-capital markets and want to help bring the next trillion dollars of finance on-chain, join us.

About the role:

Revenue Operations at Digital Asset is responsible for the tools, data, processes, and enablement that let our go-to-market teams sell a genuine paradigm shift to some of the most demanding buyers in the world. We are in the middle of a significant build-out - new sales tools, redesigned processes, and the reporting layer that sits on top of both.

We're hiring a GTM Program Manager to be the operational backbone of that work. This is a hands-on role. You will own the RevOps project plan, run the vendor and consulting relationships to implement new tools, build the training materials, chase down the decisions, and keep every workstream in the RevOps portfolio moving. When a change needs requirements written, a systems integrator needs to be held to a deadline, or the sales team needs to actually learn the new tool, that is where you come in.

You will become the expert on our Sales tool portfolio including Granola, Wispr Flow, Clay, Momentum and any others we may implement. We are an AI first group, so a willingness to jump in and be part of our AI strategy is important. You are the first point of contact and go-to person the Sales team interacts with to handle questions on our sales tools. There is one exception: Salesforce.com, which is fully owned and managed by a Technical lead. A general knowledge of Salesforce.com will be very helpful to you in this role since it is the source of truth for our Sales reps.

You'll work across Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT. You'll rarely have direct authority over the people you depend on, and you'll need to move things forward anyway. If you like being the person who makes a function run - the one who knows the status of everything and lets nothing quietly stall - this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

Program and Project Management

  • Own and maintain project plans across the full RevOps portfolio - scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks - and keep them current enough that leadership trusts them.
  • Run the operating cadence of the function including standups and weekly workstream reviews
  • Surface risks, blockers, and competing priorities early, and drive them to a decision rather than logging them and waiting.
  • Produce clear, honest status reporting for GTM and executive stakeholders - what's on track, what isn't, and what you need from them.

Sales Tools Implementation (Program Delivery, Not Build)

  • Serve as day-to-day program lead for new GTM vendor tools
  • Partner closely with our Salesforce Technical Lead to understand deliverable dates
  • Gather and document business requirements from GTM stakeholders and translate them into clear, unambiguous specifications the technical lead or an implementation partner can work from.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing: build test plans, recruit testers, track defects to closure, and hold the line on go/no-go criteria.
  • Own cutover, launch, communication, and plans so new tools land cleanly instead of quietly failing to get adopted.

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with software vendors, systems integrators, and consulting firms - scoping statements of work, tracking deliverables against them, and escalating when delivery slips.
  • Support procurement, renewal, and license true-up cycles in partnership with Finance, Legal, and IT Security.
  • Track spend and utilization across the GTM tech stack and flag redundancy or underuse.

Enablement and Training

  • Build the training materials that make new processes and tools stick: quick reference guides, process documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and live training sessions.
  • Own and curate the RevOps knowledge base so the answer is findable without asking a person.
  • Deliver enablement and measure whether adoption actually moved.
  • Support onboarding for new GTM hires on systems, process, and tooling.
  • Utilize Claude CoWork to optimize wherever possible

Keeping RevOps Running

  • Act as the intake point for RevOps requests - triage, prioritize, route, and close the loop with requesters.
  • Manage the project plan in Wrike
  • Document the processes the team relies on and improve them where they're brittle, manual, or undocumented.
  • Pick up the unglamorous work that keeps a lean team effective, from data hygiene pushes to meeting prep to writing the thing nobody has written yet.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally supporting a go-to-market, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems function..
  • Exceptional organizational skills. You build the plan, keep it accurate, and are the single source of truth on status. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Presentations, and Documents. Ability to analyze data via pivot tables and vlookup is foundational. You enjoy and thrive in data-driven environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You can earn trust across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, push back on a vendor without damaging the relationship, and get a decision out of a room of busy people.
  • Clear written and verbal communication. Requirements, status updates, training docs, and executive summaries - with the judgment to know which one the moment calls for.
  • Hands-on and self-directed. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the process may not exist yet, and willing to build it.
  • Vendor management experience. Track record managing external vendors, consultants, or systems integrators through a full delivery cycle.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, or digital assets - or genuine curiosity about them.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Granola, Wispr Flow, Clay, Claude CoWork
  • PMP or an equivalent project or program management certification.
  • Experience building sales enablement or training content for a distributed, global team.
  • Exposure to enterprise or complex sales cycles with long timelines and many stakeholders.

Why This Role:

You'll be the operational center of gravity for a function that directly determines how well Digital Asset sells. The RevOps team is small enough that your work is visible and your judgment matters, and the company is at a stage where the systems and processes you build will still be in use years from now. You'll do it in service of a mission that is unusually concrete: rebuilding the infrastructure that global financial markets run on.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed. If you're excited about the work and think you'd be good at it, we'd like to hear from you.

The range below may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
