Product intern

We're looking for a Product Intern to join our team and support day-to-day product operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (or still in college) to get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving tech product team actually works, from user research to product decisions to cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 3-month internship, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role based on performance and fit.

What You'll Do

• Support the product team with user interviews and research, helping bridge the gap between our users and the team
• Help coordinate and facilitate user research sessions in Iraqi dialect for team members who don't speak Arabic
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and summarizing user feedback for the product team
• Support day-to-day product operations and coordination across teams
• Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas as you learn the space

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree; students who haven't graduated yet are welcome to apply
• Fluent in Iraqi Arabic dialect (must-have; this role involves direct communication with local users)
• Comfortable speaking with people, asking questions, and facilitating conversations
• Curious about product, tech, or how digital platforms are built
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
• English proficiency to communicate with our non-Iraqi team

Good to Have

• Any prior exposure to user research, customer interviews, or product work (even informal/academic)
• Interest in the tech/startup space
