Position : Technical Lead - Engineering

Location : Noida - Sector 125

Work Mode : 5 Days Work From Office

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 4 - 8 software engineers

- Own high-quality and timely software delivery

- Design and develop scalable applications using Microservices architecture

- Provide hands-on technical guidance, debugging and troubleshooting

- Conduct design and code reviews

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, QA and Database teams

- Drive engineering best practices across architecture, coding, testing and documentation

- Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases

- Mentor, groom and develop team members

- Participate in hiring, appraisals and career development

- Drive practical adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools

- Establish governance around AI-generated code, security, maintainability, licensing and data privacy

- Troubleshooting

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized institute with a good academic record.
