As an Apprentice in the CLM International department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from handling customer inquiries and providing timely solutions to ensuring a positive customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
Handle customer complaints and escalations, offering effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer support strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data protection.
Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously improve service quality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
Basic knowledge of customer support principles and practices is preferred.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
