Ideal Profile
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
- Proven ability to independently manage marketing initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong content marketing and copywriting capabilities
- Hands-on website management experience
- Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing digital campaigns
- Experience analysing campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, and lead qualification
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Manage and continuously improve the company website
- Create, update, and publish engaging website content
- Develop landing pages and campaign-specific pages
- Optimise website performance and user experience
- Maintain consistency across marketing content and brand standards
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality written and visual marketing content
- Create downloadable lead magnets and gated resources
- Produce blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral
- Design graphics and digital assets using Figma and AI-assisted workflows
- Repurpose content effectively across multiple marketing channels
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage marketing activities within HubSpot
- Build and maintain lead capture workflows
- Ensure gated content and lead capture processes integrate effectively with HubSpot
- Develop and maintain lead scoring processes
- Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are appropriately qualified
- Support campaign reporting, analysis, and optimisation
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights
- Support SEO and website optimisation initiatives
Webinar & Event Coordination
- Coordinate online webinars from planning through delivery
- Manage registrations and attendee communications
- Prepare presentation and supporting marketing assets
- Support presenters during live webinar delivery
AI-Driven Marketing
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, creativity, and outcomes
- Apply AI to content creation and campaign planning
- Use AI-assisted design and research workflows
- Identify opportunities to optimise marketing processes and automation
