Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our dynamic team in Pune.
In this individual contributor role, you will serve as the primary technical owner of our Salesforce ecosystem, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to translate strategic goals into high-performing Salesforce configurations and custom code.
By maintaining the integrity of our platform and driving continuous innovation through LWC and seamless integrations, you will directly impact operational efficiency and enhance the end-to-end experience for our global user base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet evolving business demands.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data governance, to ensure a secure and optimized environment for all internal teams.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
- Oversee the full deployment lifecycle, utilizing CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases that minimize downtime for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks within the platform, proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and user productivity.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex orgs for 5 to 8 years.
- Advanced proficiency in building responsive user interfaces using Salesforce LWC and managing server-side logic through Apex.
- Strong command over Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, to connect disparate business systems effectively.
- Possession of an active Salesforce Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II or Administrator) that validates your technical depth and commitment to the ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently as an individual contributor while remaining aligned with the broader team's objectives in a hybrid work environment in Pune.
