Whatyou’lldo:
As an OMT, you willbegin with an8-week onsite training in Dalton, Georgia; this training includes learning about our company, products, facilities, processes, people, your fellowOMT’s, and(of course)leadership development.
After the 8-week onsite training, you will be partnered with amanufacturing facilitythat will bestutilizeyour skills and interests to develop yourself andthe plant.
Here, we empower and encourageour traineestowork with our engineering staff andapplybothknowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects;theseoften include tacklingreal-worldissues and givestraineesvaluabletechnicalexperiencefor a successful career start.
Upon successfully completing the program(around 6 months), you will have the chance to interview for positions that align with your unique talents and career aspirations.
Almost allof our OMT graduates get offered a permanent role at a facility as an entry-level engineer soon after training ends.Potential rolesofteninclude Process Engineering, Project Engineering,TechnicalEngineering,Automation Engineering,Industrial Engineering,and more.
Qualifications:
ABachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.
Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but notrequired.

Salary: $63-94K/year and advancementopportunities
