Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer/Lead Software Engineer at Divisions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications that support critical business functions across multiple business units. You will work across the full technology stack, building modern backend services and intuitive frontend experiences while contributing to architecture, quality, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using. NET Core, C#, React.js, and modern technologies.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems supporting business-critical applications.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Ensure adequate unit, integration, and performance test coverage.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Backend:

• Strong experience with C#, . NET Core/. NET 6+.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, and gRPC.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Architecture.

Frontend:

• Strong experience with React.js .
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3
• Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
