The role

As an Enablement Partner, you will be the person who turns capability into performance. You'll deliver the induction, go-to-market, and upskilling training that equips every seller to excel from day one and keep improving. Working closely with Commercial Managers and the wider Enablement team, you'll bring training to life, close capability gaps in your area, and ensure new ways of selling land and stick. Using performance data, you'll pinpoint where enablement makes the biggest impact and partner with frontline managers to turn insights into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves developing people and driving sales performance through a data-driven approach.

What you will do...

• Deliver onboarding and induction for all new sellers, ensuring they're equipped to sell effectively from the start.

• Execute training for the launch of new products, policies, and strategic initiatives.

• Build sales capability across your channels and region, continuously raising the performance bar.

• Use performance data to identify capability gaps and partner with managers to create targeted enablement that drives team performance.

• Maintain and update training collateral and our enablement platform so materials stay accurate and relevant.

• Introduce innovative training approaches-from AI role-play to interactive learning-to drive real behavior change.

What you will bring...

• Experience delivering and facilitating sales training, ideally across more than one channel or market.

• A solid understanding of value-based selling and experience working with self-employed or field sales teams.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bring training to life and inspire sellers to perform.

• Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and developing and updating learning content.

• Comfort using performance data to prioritize and focus enablement efforts.

• Experience with enablement tools such as Seismic, Thrive, Salesforce, or Gong is preferred.
