Join our finance team. Bring your analytical mindset to drive efficiency, support management decisions, and shape budgeting and forecasting processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Month Close in US GAAP - Calculations & Postings & Reconciliations
- Reporting of Monthly US GAAP Results, KPIs, Variance Analysis Actual vs Budget
- Profitability & Margin & Cost & Inventory Analysis
- Providing Support to Finance Manager & Plant Management
- Drive Efficiency Accross the Departments & Revise Current Processes
- Budget & Forecast Preparation
- Ensure compliance with Donaldson procedures and practices.
Qualifications:
- University/High School Degree
- Min. 5 years of Experience in Controlling & Finance
- Experienced in Financial Reporting and Analysis Preparation
- Good Knowledge of Accounting US GAAP & CAS
- Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel - advanced level)
- Fluent English (+ Czech)
Preferred:
- ERP system knowledge (Oracle appreciated)
- Analytical & Endurance for Problem Solving
- Independent but a Teamplayer, Reliable and not Worried Being Responsible
