Full Stack Developer II

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to design, build, and maintain the core services and user-facing applications that power Doqfy's digital agreement platform. You will work across the stack from Django-based backend services and SQL data layers to Angular front-end applications shipping features that are used daily by enterprise customers in regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and Django / Django REST Framework.
• Build responsive, performant front-end applications and reusable components in Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS).
• Design and optimize relational database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and manage migrations and data integrity.
• Integrate third-party services and internal APIs (eSignature, eStamping, KYC/identity, payment, and notification services).
• Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack in development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ship on schedule.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and application security and performance improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework (Django REST Framework experience preferred).
• Solid command of SQL schema design, complex queries, indexing, and query optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Proven experience building single-page applications with Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.
• Good understanding of REST API design, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), and web security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and agile development practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to Celery, Redis, message queues, or asynchronous task processing.
• Experience in fintech, legal tech, SaaS, or other regulated-industry products.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (pytest, Jasmine/Karma) and CI/CD tooling.
