It manages mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and institutional accounts across core bonds, securitized credit, emerging markets debt, and equity and multi-asset strategies. The firm was founded in 2009 by Jeffrey Gundlach, who serves as its chief executive and chief investment officer, and is headquartered in Los Angeles.

The Data Management Analyst will be a member of the Data Management Team, which is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and availability of security reference data and other critical investment data across DoubleLine's systems. • Support the oversight of relationships with external data vendors, ensuring timely resolution of data discrepancies and evaluating opportunities to improve data coverage and quality.

  • Analyze recurring data issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions that reduce operational risk.

  • Support automation, workflow enhancements, data governance, vendor onboarding, and other process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and documentation to promote consistent data standards and operational transparency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; Power BI, SQL, Python, Bloomberg, or similar tools a plus.

  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution; exposure to investment operations or financial services is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in using data, automation, visualization, and AI to improve processes.
