HIRING: SAP S/4HANA RISE Transformation - Data Migration Project Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Pune, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA data migration, data cleansing and validation activities within a large-scale transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.

- Develop migration strategy, object inventory, migration waves and integrated schedules.

- Coordinate data profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, extraction, loading and validation.

- Manage mock loads, migration cycles, dress rehearsals, cutover migration and post-load stabilization.

- Establish reconciliation controls, acceptance criteria and business sign-off processes.

- Coordinate migration activities across ERP, Procurement and Document Management systems.

- Work closely with business, finance, technical and implementation teams.

- Manage data quality, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.

- Coordinate migration timelines with testing, training, cutover and other program workstreams.

Experience Required:

- 10+ years in Project Delivery.

- 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end data migration cycles for ERP or large-scale financial systems.

- Experience managing complex global migration cycles.

- Experience with business data ownership and financial reconciliation.

- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management experience.
