Fullstack Developer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Technical and Development Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using. NET/. NET Core, ASP. NET MVC, and C#.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain applications using Python / Django where applicable.
• Develop modern front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Contribute to or oversee mobile application development (Android / iOS or hybrid frameworks).
• Ensure code quality through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in system architecture, performance tuning, and scalability planning.
• Design, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) databases, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views; performance tuning and indexing; data integrity; security; and transaction management.

Domain and Business Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver systems supporting asset servicing and capital markets, including equity trading, derivatives, fund management, order-to-settlement lifecycle, and professional clearing management (trades).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and operations.
• Ensure systems align with financial workflows and regulatory expectations.

Team Leadership and Delivery:

• Lead and mentor 3-5 developers across multiple technologies.
• Work collaboratively with QA teams (manual and automation).
• Drive delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support.
• Handle release planning, defect triaging, and production issues.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum practices.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Core Technologies:

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, . NET, . NET Core, and ASP. NET MVC.
• Experience with Python and Django, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
• Frontend expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Database expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including query optimization and performance tuning, stored procedures, triggers, and functions, handling high-volume transactional data, backup, recovery, and data security concepts.

Mobile and Modern Stack:

• Exposure to mobile application development: Native (Android / iOS) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Xamarin, etc. ).
• Understanding of API-first and microservices architecture (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (nice to have).

Domain Knowledge (Must Have):

• Asset servicing/capital markets experience.
• Strong understanding of equity and derivatives trading lifecycle, fund management concepts, trade execution, and post-trade processes.
• Experience with high-volume, transaction-heavy financial systems.
