Missions
- Lead customer onboarding and drive deployment plans to ensure customers achieve first value quickly.
- Own a portfolio of large and enterprise accounts, tracking customer health and acting at the first sign of risk to reduce churn and drive expansion.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, bringing structured feedback to Product, Project, and Sales teams to influence the product roadmap.
