OTC Professional Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven OTC Professional Sales Representative to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling over-the-counter pharmaceutical and healthcare products to retail pharmacies, drugstores, and healthcare facilities throughout the Kingston region. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers while driving sales growth and market expansion for our product portfolio.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned OTC product lines
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to pharmacy managers, healthcare professionals, and retail staff to drive product awareness and adoption
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including independent pharmacies, chain drugstores, and healthcare retailers
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the Kingston territory to expand market reach
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements with customers while maintaining profitability standards
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence using company CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all sales activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation

• Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare retail industry (minimum 2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, their uses, and benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for territory coverage within Kingston
• Familiarity with the Jamaican healthcare and retail pharmacy landscape (preferred)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards and integrity
