Required Qualifications - We need someone who:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
- Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: C#, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript
- Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
- Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients
Preferred Qualifications - Bonus points if you:
- Has a background in developing mission planning applications for the DoW, with specific focus on supporting the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment
- Have experience using Windows Presentation Foundation for .Net Desktop Development
- Have experience using Web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Vue.js, Next.js, ASP.NET, or Angular
- Have any experience developing cross platform applications using Kotlin Multiplatform or .Net MAUI
- Have examples of code or applications you’ve built that we can check out
- Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows
- Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications
