Missions

  • Administrer et paramétrer l’ERP et assurer son bon fonctionnement au quotidien.

  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents applicatifs et les problèmes récurrents.

  • Assurer le support aux utilisateurs et faire le lien entre les besoins métiers et les solutions techniques.

  • Réaliser des analyses et extractions de données avec SQL.

  • Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données.

  • Analyser et suivre les interfaces et flux de données (CSV, XML, JSON, API).

  • Participer aux évolutions de l’ERP : analyse des besoins, tests, validation et mise en œuvre.

  • Proposer des améliorations et automatisations avec Excel / VBA.

  • Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d’information, data ou domaine équivalent.

  • Expérience professionnelle sur un ERP dans le secteur de la construction ou secteur similaire.

  • Une expérience avec BRZ ERP constitue un réel atout.

  • Bonne compréhension des processus métiers liés au secteur de la construction.

Langues

  • Français : courant / professionnel.

  • Anglais : niveau B2 minimum, permettant d'échanger avec les utilisateurs et collaborateurs anglophones.
