Route Engineering

  • Assess bridge capacities, pavement loading, turning geometry, vertical clearances, permitting requirements and temporary works.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and detailed engineering recommendations.

Engineering Review

  • Recommend improvements that enhance logistics efficiency and reduce project risk.

Project & Tender Support

  • Support FEED studies, EPC tenders, RFIs and RFQs with technical engineering input.
  • Prepare technical narratives, engineering deliverables, budgets and execution philosophies.
  • Provide technical support during critical heavy transport operations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support Business Development during client meetings, technical workshops and strategic pursuits as the transport engineering SME.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor junior engineers and project teams on transport engineering best practices.
  • Develop standards, templates, engineering tools and lessons learned across DPIS.
  • Promote innovation through digital route analysis, logistics simulation and engineering technologies.

Educational background / Work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Transportation Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively pursuing registration preferred.
  • 10-15 years' experience in transport engineering, heavy transport, logistics engineering or heavy-lift project execution.
