As a warehouse team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team. You will operate in a dynamic setting, collaborating with a diverse range of clients, and play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Initially, you will be based at our current location in Moerdijk. A 240,000 m² warehouse, which will be the largest single logistics site in the Benelux.: You’re on it.
How you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you ensure that daily operations proceed smoothly. In a dynamic setting with various clients, you apply your leadership abilities to enhance processes and support your team’s growth. You achieve this by:
- providing suggestions and feedback for initiatives focused on enhancing our logistics processes and procedures;
- guiding, training, and overseeing your team members;
- ensuring adherence to legal, company, and safety regulations, as well as monitoring compliance;
- supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow;
- working day shifts or rotating shifts, based on your preference and availability.

You bring
- strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others;
- familiarity with warehouse logistics processes;
- openness to working a two-shift schedule;
- proficient in English, both verbal and written.
